CAN I COMBINE DISCOUNT CODES?
No. At this time, all orders are limited to the use of up to one discount code and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.

SHIPPING
WHAT ARE THE AFFECTS OF COVID-19 ON MY ORDER?
Please note that due to COVID-19, fulfillment and processing can take longer than usual. Shipping can take up to 6 weeks for select products. Thank you for your understanding and we appreciate your patience during this time.
WHAT CURRENCY ARE SHIPPING RATES LISTED IN?
All shipping rates are listed in the currency you are shopping in. The default store currency is in 🇨🇦 CAD. You can toggle to 🇺🇸 USD in the footer of the site.
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout before your purchase is completed.
DO YOU CHARGE DUTIES?
Our shipping cost does not include import or customs taxes. This is a common occurrence for international orders and unfortunately, we have no control over them.
Orders are processed and shipped from the USA so orders shipping to Canada are considered international orders.
On international orders, including orders to Canada, all duties, customs and taxes incurred are the customers' responsibility. If you require additional information regarding duties, customs and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office.
For Canadian shoppers, duties typically are charged when the cost of the order is over $150 CAD (approximately $120 USD) but this can vary. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE FULFILLED?
Production time is typically 3-7 business days.
Due to COVID-19, some items may have longer production times of up to several weeks.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Shipping timelines are subject to change. Most orders usually take 3 - 6 weeks to be delivered after fulfillment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS & EXCHANGES?
As all our products are made-to-order we are unable to accept returns if the product doesn't fit or you've had a change of heart.
However, if your product is misprinted or defective we would be more than happy to make it right for you 💙 We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
HOW DO I SUBMIT A RETURN?
To start a return, you can contact us at community@jane.app. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
